Social Media Management packages include up to 15 minutes of weekday community engagement. This can include responding to appropriate comments, engaging with relevant accounts and identifying messages that need attention from your team.
Full customer service and inbox management are not included unless agreed separately.
No. Paid advertising strategy, campaign management and advertising spend are quoted separately.
Travel within the standard service area is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside that area.
